breaking several bones in my back. I had been in chiropractic treatment even before the

treatment, I was able to move freely and, for the first time in a long time, was able to

"I started seeing Susan Kane in June 2010. I had been diagnosed with arthritis in my
knee earlier this year, and very recently found out that I have an autoimmune disease. I
came to Susan with bilateral knee pain, tingling in my lower legs and arms, random pain

After my third treatment I started to feel about 80% better. By my fifth treatment I

"Recently I had a painful case of the shingles on my face. On recommendation from a friend I sought out Susan for an acupuncture treatment. This was my first time receiving acupuncture. "Two years ago, I had knee pain resulting from torn cartilage. It required a total knee replacement. I saw Susan for pain relief before and after the surgery and it helped greatly.
This year I had a recurrence of a kidney problem. My creatinine level was up to 2.9 (normal creatinine level is 0.1-1.4). Ultrasound showed a narrowing of the artery to the right kidney. I decided to see Susan because I was desperate and the options I was facing were not good. I knew acupuncture had worked before on my knee pain. I have been receiving acupuncture treatments off and on for seventeen years with Susan Kane. I highly recommend Susan as she is professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and accommodating. She is the first person I think of whenever I am hurting.
Over the years, Susan has treated me for allergies, stiff neck, rib pain, menstrual problems, hip and back pain, gout and weight loss. I often think that if it were not for acupuncture, I would probably be in a wheelchair by now, too racked with pain to be mobile.
I have found that any medication or pain reliever that I have needed to take has worked better when I have acupuncture. Recently diagnosed with diabetes, I find that, with acupuncture, my sugar levels have dropped into the normal range for the first time.
